About the Role

Theyre now looking for a talented New Business Team Manager to lead their front-line sales function a high-volume team focused on converting contractor enquiries into loyal, long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a team of New Business Executives
* Run morning stand-ups, coaching sessions and 1:1s to drive performance
* Own team KPIs across umbrella, CIS and PEO products
* Work with leadership to evolve sales scripts, tools and processes
* Spot opportunities for cross-selling into accountancy and partner services
* Maintain energy, accountability and results in a fast-paced environment
