A leading wealth and asset management group, headquartered in Central London, is seeking a newly qualified ACA accountant to join as a Group Accountant. This is a pivotal, hands-on role, supporting group and subsidiary reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvement at group level. The Role
* Lead statutory reporting and year-end audit processes across multiple UK subsidiaries and group entities
* Deliver FCA regulatory returns and ensure ongoing compliance.
* Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts, supporting board-level reporting.
* Drive business planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial insight for senior stakeholders.
* Liaise with external auditors and advisors and integrate new acquisitions into group reporting structures.
* Proactively identify process improvements within the finance function.

* ACA qualified within past 1–2 years, trained in a UK accounting firm.
* Experience with statutory accounts, group reporting, or audit — either in practice or industry.
* Advanced Excel and strong technical accounting knowledge.
