Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver a range of training to meet the needs of customers, including new starters and existing end users involved in new projects/systems.
* Ability to deliver training in a variety of formats, i.e., virtual, formal classroom, 1‑2‑1 tutor‑led, small group, and demonstration sessions.
* Creation of system‑specific training packages and supporting materials, e.g., creation and upkeep of lesson plans, quick reference guides and eLearning.
* Administration requirements of the team in booking training, dealing with queries, and providing advice and guidance around system functionality.
