Role
* You’ll work with a diverse client base including housebuilders, developers and landowners.
* You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include site acquisitions, planning agreements, options, promotions, and plot sales.
* You will supervise and mentor more junior members of the team.
Skills Required
* Residential Development Solicitor with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
* Confident in managing your own caseload from instruction to completion
* Commercially minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable building and maintaining strong client relationships
