Restaurant Operations Manager
We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 3 Rosette restaurant, ensuring outstanding service and a seamless guest experience in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the hospitality industry – preferably with a strong background in luxury hotels or Rosette-awarded restaurants. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing your team effectively, and maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the restaurant.
* Deliver exceptional guest experiences, exceeding expectations through attentive service and a warm welcome.
* Manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the restaurant and kitchen areas.
