Key Tasks Carrying out sales processes. Building partnerships with assigned small resellers Evaluating lease requests up to the limits defined by the governance and communicating approval or rejection. Ensuring the best customer experience and reseller satisfaction. Supporting Sales force and interact with resellers/customers. Managing Complaints and directing them to the relevant team. Reviewing accuracy and ensure completeness of all information and documentation. Contact with colleagues and/or resellers and/or Customers to collect the missing information/documentation. Entering relevant data into GRENKE management IT systems. Providing support with the contract settlement process. Respecting & applying Group Compliance rules, Health & Safety, Data Protection and Data Handling, AML, QM Group standards.
