The ATLAS team works with young people who go missing from home or care and those young people who are at risk of exploitation. Return Home Interview Officers undertake interviews with young people after a missing episode and often help young people makes sense of their experiences. As Return Home Interview Officer you will: * meet with children and young people following their return home from being missing to explore and understand their reasons, the risks and their experiences whilst they were missing. * you will work closely with young people, their parents / carers, social workers, and other professionals to reduce the risk of going missing and to increase safety when they are away from home. * You will provide advice, information and support about services and safety mechanisms young people and parents could use to increase safety.
