Key Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with a minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience (PQE).
* Valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
* Ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and statutory responsibilities.
Working Arrangements
* 4 days per week (part-time).
* Hybrid working model: Expected to be in the office 3 out of 5 days.
* Induction period: First 4 weeks in the office to support onboarding and embed the Milton Keynes practice model and values.
