Pet Nutrition Global SRM Implementation Lead - TPM
and is pivotal in executing the regional deployment of our innovative TPM system. You will collaborate with a global community of local Pet Nutrition SRM champions, focusing on improving net price realization and trade investment productivity. This is a project-based role with an expected end date of March 31, 2028. As we approach this date, we will work together to explore further opportunities within the Mars family of companies. What Are We Looking For?
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in Trade Promotion Management, Sales Operations, IT Project Management, or related fields.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with TPM systems (e.g., Salesforce TPM, Visualfabriq, SAP TPM), ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
Project Management:
Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations, preferably in CPG, Retail, or FMCG industries.
Communication & Leadership:
Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving:
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Your Key Responsibilities
Program Management:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the TPM system, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and drive system adoption.
System Integration:
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for seamless integration of TPM with existing platforms.
Training & Change Management:
Contribute to training programs and change management activities to ensure smooth user adoption.
Data Management & Analytics:
Ensure data accuracy and reporting capabilities within the TPM system to support business decisions.
Issue Escalation:
Act as an escalation point for market teams to the global SRM team and leadership.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor program success, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate closely with GMs, Sales Heads, CFOs, and local leaders to deliver on the value creation plan.
