Salesforce Administrator - £50k I have partnered with a Salesforce end user who are looking to bolster their already established and high-functioning Salesforce team with a Salesforce Administrator. In this role you would be working alongside the Salesforce Product Owner, working across their Salesforce products, with a particular focus on Service Cloud. Responsibilities Provide maintenance and complete operational requests to support day-to-day operations Support change management by providing solutions or guiding colleagues through the possibilities of Salesforce Work closely with functional leaders, organisational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new businesses processes Skills/Qualifications Understanding of automation tools (such as Flows and Approval Processes) A deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Certified: Admin (as a minimum) Requirement Onsite requirement during probation, with hybrid working (2 days a week) possible thereafter
