Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit a passionate and solution focussed Team Manager for our Derby City team within our community substance misuse service.
As a Team Manager, you will passionately lead and drive your team, have line management responsibilities and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Derby office. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive community-based treatment service, involving oversight of the delivery of effective interventions though meaningful structured key working and group work. You will be confident in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partnership agencies, promoting the service and its outcomes to commissioners and stakeholders. You will be highly motivated and innovative with team and service development, ensuring high ethical and professional standards of care and practice are met.
As an individual, we are looking for someone with previous experience within the field of substance misuse, self-motivated, can work on their own initiative, but more importantly as part of a team and possess good leadership, communication and organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be confident, dynamic and forward thinking, have experience of line management, safeguarding, partnership working and working with people presenting with substance, alcohol and associated issues, and have a keen understanding of recovery.
