Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Class 2 Driver for a well-known distribution business in Newport. This is a temp-to-perm role ideal for drivers who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team.
Contract and Hours
* Contract: Temp to permanent.
* Hours: Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 6am.
* Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day.
* Pay: £16.50 per hour PAYE / £20 per hour Umbrella (OT Friday x1.25 & Satuday x1.75).
Key Responsibilities
* Shunting vehilces around the site.
* Loading and unloading of vehicles.
* Using Counter Balance FLT as and when required
Candidate Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 2 Licence + CPC & Digi Cards.
* Ability to carry out manual handling safely.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
