Veterinary Nurse - Team Leader - Out of Hours
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE plus 10% shift allowance
Join our Team as a dynamic Team Leader!
We are looking for an experienced veterinary nurse to join our state-of-the-art 24/7 hospital, Vets Now, Glasgow. Currently, our hospital offers ECC, Orthopaedic, Soft tissue, Internal medicine, and referral services.
You will be an experienced vet nurse, who will assist our head nurse in the smooth running of our Out of Hours team. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and animal care assistants. This role requires great organisational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
You will be required to provide a high standard of inpatient care for a wide variety of cases. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Specialist and AP vets in a multi discipline environment.
Working pattern
5 nights on, 5 nights off from 18:00 to 05:00 (Monday to Thursday) 18:00 to 06:00 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
