Experience and Qualifications
* QTS and a degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
* Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong knowledge of a range of artistic media and techniques
* Experience or readiness to take on a leadership or responsibility role
* Ability to inspire creativity while maintaining high classroom standards
