Job Description


As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and delivering great customer service.




Key Responsibilities:



* Manage the store team to ensure excellent customer service and high levels of productivity.

* Coach and supervise Customer Team Members to help them achieve their full potential.

* Deputise for the Store Manager as required, ensuring the smooth running of the store.

* Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and improve profitability.

* Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required.





Required Skills and Qualifications



* A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.

* The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor.

* Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

* A desire to learn, grow and develop your leadership skills.

* The flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
