Salary: £32,916 - £45,351, M1-M6 | Actual Salary: £16,458 - £22,675
Contract: Fixed Term, covering maternity leave
Hours: Wednesday Afternoons, Thursday and Friday Full Days

* Deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the Teachers Standards and ensures strong pupil progress.
* Plan, assess, and report on pupil attainment, adapting teaching for SEND and able pupils in collaboration with SENCO and external agencies.
* Build positive relationships with parents, sharing pupil targets and progress regularly.
* Maintain a safe, engaging learning environment and contribute to subject leadership across the school.
* Engage in ongoing professional development, attend training and appraisal meetings, and stay informed of educational developments.
* Contribute to the wider school community through supervision duties, extracurricular activities, and school events.
* Uphold safeguarding policies, report concerns appropriately, and work effectively with support staff.
* Model professionalism in conduct, presentation, and collaboration, adhering to health, safety, and inclusion policies.
