Solicitor - Employment Law – Cheltenham – 0‑3 Years PQE
Location: Cheltenham
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (hybrid working available)
Salary:£45,000 to £65,000 (depending on experience)
A well regarded law firm in Cheltenham is seeking an Employment Lawyer with 0‑3 years post qualification experience to join its established Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive, high performing environment, working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
The Role
* Managing a varied caseload of Employment matters
* Advising clients on both contentious and non‑contentious Employment issues
* Drafting contracts, policies, settlement agreements and tribunal documentation
* Assisting senior lawyers with complex tribunal claims and advisory work
* Managing client relationships and delivering clear, commercially focused advice
* Participating in marketing and business development initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Candidate Requirements
* 0‑3 years PQE in Employment law
* Strong technical knowledge of Employment legislation and case law
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
* Confidence in managing matters independently under appropriate supervision
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A proactive, client‑focused approach and collaborative mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case‑management systems
