Sunhill Day Nursery, Fen Drayton
High Street
Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire, CB24 4SJ
At Fen Drayton we offer a blended EYFS and Montessori approach to learning, creating ample opportunities for children to develop into curious and confident learners. Nursery rooms are warm and welcoming with carefully selected natural resources that support our unique curriculum. Own transport is required; the nursery is located in Fen Drayton on the high street, with easy access to the A14, A1307 and M11, and close to The Three Tuns pub.
You will support children and colleagues across the nursery as and when needed – covering holidays, supporting during busy periods, or helping provide consistency for children when teams need extra support. Tasks will include building outdoor dens, leading story time, and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel happy, valued, and confident to explore.
Experience working in a childcare or Early Years setting. A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable but not essential. We are looking for people with big hearts, curious minds, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s growth and development.
We are proud to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds. Reasonable adjustments will be considered to support fairness and accessibility for all candidates. This role involves regulated activity with children and is subject to enhanced DBS checks, satisfactory references, verification of right to work in the UK, and relevant qualifications.
