A Top Tier, International Law Firm is currently looking to expand their Healthcare Litigation team based in Southampton
The firm is seeking someone that is 0-5 years PQE with previous experience within Clinical Negligence. This is an excellent opportunity to for an ambitious individual, to join an award winning and progressive team that is highly specialised within all Healthcare Insurance matters.
You will be handling a fulfilling case-load of defendant clinical negligence files, acting for a wide variety of clients ranging from NHS Resolution and Trusts to independent providers and medical malpractice insurers. Day to day you will be engaging in direct client care, drafting legal documents, negotiating and mediating claims and preparing cases. The ideal candidate would come from a defendant clinical negligence background, experience within NHS Resolution/MDO Panel work is desirable although not essential as they are also willing to consider candidates from a Claimant Clinical Negligence or Defendant Personal Injury background
