Head of Maths Experience and Qualifications:
To be considered for the Head of Maths position, you will need:
* Degree-level qualification in Mathematics or a related subject.

* Proven experience teaching Maths across KS3 to KS5, with leadership experience preferred.
* A strong track record of student success and an ability to inspire and motivate both students and colleagues.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and IT skills.
* A passion for Maths and a commitment to delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that foster a love for the subject.
