The Role: Visionary, Strategic & Client-Centred As Head of Private Client, you will lead the delivery of all Private Client services, manage and mentor a growing team, and act as a key advisor for complex and high-value matters. You'll be instrumental in driving departmental strategy, innovation, and business development-while ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times. Key responsibilities include: Leading a dedicated Private Client team, setting the tone for performance, collaboration, and service excellence Managing a varied and often complex caseload of Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, Inheritance Tax planning and Court of Protection matters Acting as the senior technical lead and point of escalation for challenging or high-net-worth cases Shaping and delivering a departmental growth strategy aligned with the firm's broader objectives Building strong relationships with clients, referrers, and professional networks to grow revenue and visibility Overseeing compliance, quality assurance and case management system optimisation Monitoring departmental performance including fee income, budgets, aged debt and KPIs Playing an active role in recruitment, training and succession planning to build a sustainable, high-performing team Are You the Leader We're Looking For?
