My Nottingham-based client is seeking to appoint an administrator to support senior leadership and play a pivotal role in ensuringmunications, priorities and projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
This is a high-impact role for someone whobines strong organisational capability with outstanding presentation preparation skills, attention to detail and the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistant Support
• Provide proactive, trusted support to senior leaders, managing diaries, travel, meetings and correspondence.
• Prepare briefing packs, agendas, minutes and follow-ups for leadership and project meetings.
• Act as a central point of coordination between stakeholders, ensuring clearmunication and timely responses.
Project Control & Coordination
• Track progress across multiple projects, maintaining plans, milestones, actions and dependencies.
• Collate updates from contributors and ensure accurate reporting on status, risks and issues.
• Support the delivery of key initiatives by maintaining structure,ernance and momentum.
Presentation Preparation &munications (Core Requirement)
• Produce high-quality presentation materials for internal and external audiences, including board-level and client-facing decks.
• Translateplex information into clear, concise and visuallypelling presentations.
• Ensure consistency of messaging, tone and visual standards across all materials.
• Work closely with senior leaders to refine narratives, key messages and storytelling for presentations.
What you'll need to succeed
Skills & Experience
Essential
• Proven experience as a Senior Administrator, Executive Assistant, Project Controller, or similar role.
• Exceptional presentation preparation skills, with advanced PowerPoint (or equivalent) capability.
• Strong written and visualmunication skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders with confidence.
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and emotional intelligence.
Desirable
• Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced orplex environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and basic project reporting.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and challenging constructively where needed.
