Private Client Junior Solicitor - Up to 50, - Flexible - Newly Qualified – 2 years PQE

They’re currently looking for a Private Client Junior Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE) to join a forward-thinking team – someone who’s ready to grow within a firm that blends professional excellence with personal support.
You’ll be part of a highly regarded private client team known for delivering specialist advice with empathy, clarity, and commercial focus. They act for high-net-worth individuals, agricultural families, business owners, and estates – providing services across wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate planning, and tax.

What You’ll Be Doing:
6. Manage a range of private client matters (including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration) under supervision
7. Draft, review, and negotiate documents with accuracy and confidence
8. Deliver excellent legal advice in a professional, timely, and client-focused manner
9. Develop new relationships with clients and referrers while nurturing existing ones
10. Support business development and marketing initiatives within the team
11. Contribute to team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and legal excellence
What We’re Looking For:
12. Newly Qualified – 2 years PQE in private client or related legal areas
13. Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
14. Strong communication skills – able to simplify complex issues for clients
15. Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
16. Commercial awareness and willingness to work to KPIs
17. A desire to grow professionally and contribute to our ongoing success
18. Experience or interest in acting for high-net-worth or rural/agricultural clients is a bonus
