Role
The HR Coordinator supports the effective delivery of human resources services within the School. This role ensures smooth HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance with education and safeguarding regulations.
Responsibilities include:
* Recruitment activities, especially supporting the Haileybury’s International Summer School.
* Full range of administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Summer School from an HR perspective.
* Lead on allocated duties and projects, assisting others within the HR Department as required.
* Maintain regulatory compliance and stay up-to-date with best practice in educational HR.
* Work to deadlines while retaining a high level of accuracy.
Working Conditions
This is a temporary, full-time role covering a period of maternity leave, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, year‑round.
