The role focuses on lead generation and new business development for the corporate market, particularly events. You will work alongside a Sales Office team, ensuring a steady pipeline of corporate business for the hotels.

Role Overview:
This position is focused on proactive business development for the hotels. You will seek and secure new business sales through lead generation, targeting corporate clients. CRM tools will be used daily to track client progress.
You will collaborate with the Head of Sales at Countrywide Hotels, who will set activity targets and provide support. Your responsibilities include researching and targeting new clients, meeting prospective clients face-to-face, and inviting them for hotel show-arounds.
While most work will be during office hours, flexibility is necessary to accommodate evening or weekend events and meetings.
Ideal Experience:
* Proven experience in proactive sales or business development within hotels or events.
* Access to a personal vehicle is highly preferred due to the role's nature.
