3. Serving as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, delivering exceptional customer service.
4. Managing a busy switchboard, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate individuals.
5. Assisting with administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
6. Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
7. Coordinating mail distribution within the organisation.
8. Assisting with the organisation of meetings and events.
9. Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
10. Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the Secretarial & Business Support department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
11. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
14. Experience in a front-of-house or reception role.
15. A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to multitask.
16. A high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
