A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Quantity Surveyor to join a respected organisation that delivers high‑value project commercial management, cost engineering, and NEC contract expertise across major infrastructure and civil engineering schemes. This role sits within a well-established, high-performing commercial team supporting clients across complex programmes within the civil engineering, infrastructure, and utilities sectors. You will play a key part in delivering robust commercial guidance, ensuring effective contract administration, and supporting successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead or support the commercial delivery of major civil engineering projects under NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract Provide comprehensive project cost management, including cost planning, forecasting, and budget control Administer NEC contracts including compensation events, early warnings, contract communications, and programme assessments Prepare and review tender documentation, BoQs, estimates, and commercial reports Manage subcontract procurement, negotiation, and performance monitoring Support dispute avoidance and resolution activities through clear documentation and commercial insight Build strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Project QS, Senior QS, or similar commercial role within civil...
