The Role
We are looking for compassionate and experienced care staff to join our agency team. You will provide personal care, companionship, and practical support to individuals in need, helping them to live safely and comfortably. Work settings may include:
* Residential care homes
* Nursing homes
* Supported living services
* Community and respite care
As an agency carer, you will be matched with shifts that suit your availability. You will then invoice ABC Care Recruitment directly for the hours worked, giving you full control of your earnings and schedule.

Requirements
To join our team, you will need:
* Previous experience working in a care setting (preferred but not essential for the right candidate)
* A valid DBS check (or willingness to complete one through ABC Care Recruitment)
* Up-to-date mandatory training certificates (or willingness to complete training with us)
* Compassion, reliability, and a professional attitude
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* Willingness to work on a self-employed or zero-hours basis
