This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a construction qualification who is eager to develop their estimating skills and grow within a respected regional contractor.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow in the industry. The role will be varied and will include:
1. Assisting in pricing packages
2. Supporting the tendering process, including tender administration
3. Helping to produce accurate Bills of Quantities
4. Preparing and submitting professional documentation
5. Attending tender interviews and liaising confidently with clients
6. Using Microsoft Word and Excel to a high standard for reporting and analysis
7. Visiting sites when required

Candidate Criteria:
8. Educated to a higher level (degree is preferred but not essential, as training is provided)
9. Prior knowledge of construction
10. Strong numerical and analytical skills
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
13. Positive, self-motivated attitude and eagerness to learn
14. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
