The Opportunity

Insulation Supervisor working on a shutdown at SSE Peterhead Power Station. The work will commence from late May until late August.


Key Responsibilities

* Direct point of contact for the insulation team to try and resolve any issues on the work face
* Responsible for delivery of insulation plan
* Provision of daily progress updates to KAEFER focal point and client representatives
* Actively managing material levels, demonstrating proactive approach
* Assigning tasks for the day to the team of insulators
* Motivate and encourage team members to meet deadlines
1. Knowledge, Skills & Experience

* Strong knowledge of insulation materials and techniques
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and insulation specifications
* Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills
* Strong safety leadership
* Strong time management skills to allow deadlines to be met
* Good attention to detail
* Experience working in Petro-chemical facilities and shutdown operations
