Job Description

The Technology Platforms P2P lead will lead a small team and be accountable for the procurement of IT hardware, software and services across the Technology Platforms portfolio.

This role will work with the Technology Platforms leadership and their teams, working with operational and project delivery resources to ensure a smooth delivery of P2P services, establishing a service‑oriented culture and therefore having a direct impact on end user experience.


Key Responsibilities Include:

* The management of a small offshore team of P2P analysts, specifically focussed on technology procurement
* The full P2P lifecycle of end user devices and accessories, edge hardware such as servers & network
* Providing an internal service to Technology Platforms relating to maintenance contracts, disposal, software, communication and professional services for project delivery
* Compliance and controls, adhering to internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements in different territories.
* Reporting and analytics, developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards to track P2P performance, providing recommendations to the TPLT, supporting the budgeting and forecasting for costs relating to the Technology Platforms portfolio.


Experience

* 5+ years’ experience managing and developing technical teams across multiple cultures & global locations.
* Customer services experience and dealing with senior stakeholders.
* Significant previous experience in customer focused IT services role.
* Proven success in improving the customer experience.
* Experience successfully managing 3rd party service providers.
* Experience working within a matrix structure.
* Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting or in a relevant business or technical discipline or demonstration of relevant experience.
* Fluency in English.
* ITIL Qualification or SIAM knowledge (desirable).


Skills and Knowledge


Stakeholder relationship management

* Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders who use the P2P service, to help measure the effectiveness of the team and drive service improvement.


Third party supplier relationship management

* Develops and manages contracts with suppliers to meet key performance indicators and agreed targets, taking account of information security of third parties.
* Carries out benchmarking and makes use of supplier performance data to ensure that supplier performance is properly monitored and regularly reviewed.
* Is responsible for the management of 3rd party suppliers ensuring they deliver value to the agreed scope and service levels as well as the implementation of supplier service improvement actions and programmes.


Technical and business knowledge

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and ServiceNow.
* Solid understanding of Purchasing process fundamentals (POs, invoices, RFI/RFP, MSA, SOW), project management, knowledge of information systems and corporate structure.
* Knowledge of procurement and contract management software such as Coupa, Zycus or equivalent enterprise level platforms.
* Detail orientated and strong organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills suited for all levels of an organization across multiple geographies and operating companies.
* Ability to be proactive and respond with a sense of urgency.
* Ability to work independently with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
* Passion, innovation and the ability to act as a “change agent” for achieving results in a fast‑paced TS environment.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
