Our client have over 5,000 quick-service restaurants worldwide, and serve over 2 billion cups of freshly brewed coffee. We have an ever-growing presence in the U.K., and we have exciting plans to expand access the UK over the next 10 years.

What You'll Do
* Lead and inspire an energetic team to deliver the best customer experience
* Keep things running smoothly, from the customer lobby to the back-of-house operation
* Drive performance, quality, and customer satisfaction every single shift
* Manage stock, schedules, training and all those juicy operational bits

* Previous restaurant management experience (or strong assistant ready to step up!)
* A hands-on, can-do attitude
* Love for food, people, and building a buzz
