Our client is an industry-leading organisation with a focus on sustainability and delivering social value. They are looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join their team, providing a mix of onsite and remote support to ensure colleagues have the tools and systems they need to work effectively.
Responsibilities
* Handle a range of tickets across hardware, software, AV, and Microsoft 365, working within SLA targets to keep services running.
* Support senior stakeholders and maintain IT assets.
* Act as a key point of escalation for the service desk, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and knowledge is shared across the team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role
* Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and Microsoft 365
* Experience working with SLA’s and ITSM tools
* Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
