Pensions Officer (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Pensions Officer to work for St Teresa Multi Academy Trust
This is a part-time role, working 2 days per week (days negotiable), 52 weeks per year, with an ASAP start.
Key Responsibilities
Administer pension schemes
Ensure accurate and timely processing of pension data, contributions, and monthly/annual returns
Act as the main point of contact for pension providers, payroll, and employees
Provide guidance and advice to staff on pension-related queries
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory pension requirements
Support audits and respond to pension-related data requests
About You
Proven experience in pension administration
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident working with payroll systems and spreadsheets
Able to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
Experience within education or a Multi Academy Trust is desirable
Working Pattern
2 days per week (negotiable to which days)
Part-time, 52 weeks per year
Start date: ASAP
