How you’ll make a difference as a Room Leader
* Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
* Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
* Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and their learning is supported.
What a Room Leader Needs
* Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
* Leadership experience desirable.
