We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Surrey that specializes in delivery of high end, client build, residential and commercial schemes across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking an inhouse Architect/Designer to assist in the designing of site drawings for high end residential and commercial projects up to £8m in value.
Requirements:

At least 3 years experience working in an Architectural role

Experience working in the high end sector whether that be residential or commercial
*
Must be based within a commutable distance to the office in Farnham
