The Beeches Residential Home is a Residential Home specialising in providing the highest quality care to adults with a learning disability who display behaviours that challenge services. We are currently recruiting for Receptionist/Clerical Assistant Maternity Cover 16 hours per week You will provide reception service and clerical support, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and visitors to the Home. Post: Temporary / Based in Ballynahinch Salary: NLW Hours: Part time 16 hours per week Monday & Tuesday Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year pro rata You will be flexible, reliable, well organised. Work effectively under pressure and to deadlines. Your work is accurate and demonstrates attention to detail. You have well-developed interpersonal skills, show tact, discretion and confidentiality. Essential Criteria: 5 GCSEs Grades A to C including Maths and English or NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent qualifications. Excellent IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and Access.
