Role Responsibilities
As a Nursery Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading and inspiring your team to deliver high-quality childcare
* Ensuring strong EYFS practice and continuous quality improvement
* Maintaining full compliance and a safe learning environment
* Managing budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Building positive relationships with parents, staff, and the community
* Supporting staff development and promoting best practices
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
* A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
* Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional early years education
