This newly created Finance Analysis role for a Growing Asset Manager firm paying £55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience with a Discretionary bonus, based in Heart of the City on a Permanent basis and operate 3 days in the office policy.
Role
As a Finance Analysis, you will work closely with the Head of Finance who is all about internal growth and development. Please find a brief outline of the role below:
* Preparation of the quarterly update of the projection model, including the production of valuation bridge analysis reconciling to previous quarters
* Collate quarterly information on the business for the Reporting pack and Strategic pack for the shareholders, and board reports for the Senior Leadership team
* Manage the company’s projection model asset database to ensure that it reflects the status of the portfolio of rolling investments, leases and future growth opportunities to prepare an accurate valuation
* Support the Pricing function with the valuation of new investments in the projection model
* Support the Structured Finance function ad hoc requests in relation to the Projection Model and latest forecast assumptions.
* Providing modelling support and analysis of new debt transactions
* Assisting the Structured Finance Manager with the preparation of the annual Investor
* Run ad-hoc scenario analysis in the Projection model
* Respond to ad-hoc questions from the senior leadership team and shareholders
Profile
The Finance Analysis for this Asset Manager firm is ideally for the below
* Someone with experience Building Valuations Financial Models- (Will be a test)
* Can be someone from Practice background or Industry
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)

Salary & Benefits
