What we are looking for:
* A dynamic leader, tenacious and passionate, with the ability to connect and build meaningful working relationships.
* Experience of at least 2 years in a role relevant to residential care of children (within the last 5 years).
* At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role in care.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
* Full UK driving license.
* Over 21 years of age to meet industry regulations.
* Successful employment is subject to satisfactory Disclosure, right to work, and reference checks in line with regulations and Safer Recruitment practices.
