Duties

* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
* Organise files and documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
* Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements
* Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
* Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
