Chef de Partie – Hub Box Cornwall
Full-Time | Based at one of our Cornish sites – or across them all
We’re on the lookout for a Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen crew in Cornwall. Whether you're flipping burgers beachside in Pentewan andSt Ives, loading fries in Falmouth, or keeping things sharp in Truro, you’ll be part of a passionate team that takes pride in great produce, precision cooking, and proper hospitality.
What the role involves:
* Working at one of our Cornish restaurants — or flexing across multiple sites depending on business needs (St Austell, Truro, Falmouth & St Ives)
* Taking charge of a section and delivering high-quality, consistent dishes in a high-paced environment
* Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in day-to-day service and kitchen leadership
* Helping train and support junior chefs as needed
* Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a professional kitchen — or a strong willingness to learn and get stuck in
* A genuine passion for quality ingredients and fresh food made properly
* Confidence on the grill, with an eye for detail and pride in presentation
* A cool head during busy service, and a team-first attitude
* Flexibility to travel between sites when needed
