What You Bring
* Likely an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next career step
* Experience working with fresh ingredients and solid chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
* Good communication skills and a team player
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision
* Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety standards
