Driver Hire are seeking an experienced administrator on behalf of one of their clients to join their busy Queenslie team. Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm £13 per hour (PAYE) Role details: Supporting office operations and leadership by keeping workspaces and information organized and accessible. Handling planning and clerical activities, such as answering phones, updating employee and company data, filing, and maintaining a clean environment. Performing clerical duties to help an office run smoothly, including answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, and creating spreadsheets or presentations Acting as the point of contact for employees, providing administrative support, managing queries, and handling office stock and records. To be considered: Proficient in all areas of Microsoft office packages Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Organised and the ability to manage tasks well Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Work off you own initiative In return: £13 per hour (PAYE) Weekly pay Apply today!
