About the Role
Whitby & Co. is a high-end independent optical practice in the heart of Central London, and we are looking for a passionate, GOC-registered Dispensing Optician to join our growing team.

The Role
You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience, offering expert dispensing advice, and helping customers select stylish, high-quality eyewear.
In addition to patient care, you will also be involved in:
* Frame buying and product selection
* Pricing strategy
* Supporting recruitment activities
* Contributing to the commercial success of the practice
Glazing experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* GOC registered (essential)
* Commercially aware and confident
* Passionate about eyewear fashion and styling
* Dynamic, ambitious, and proactive
* Experienced in all aspects of dispensing
* Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service
Preferred: Minimum 3 years’ dispensing experience.
