Deputy Care Home Manager Location: Fallowfield, Manchester Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £33,000 – £36,000 per annum We are looking for an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to join a purpose-built residential care setting in Manchester. The home provides high-quality care in a supportive environment for a small group of residents, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to take a leadership role in a close-knit team. This role is ideal for a senior care professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, leading teams, and maintaining compliance. Working Pattern 2 care shifts per week: 8:00am – 8:00pm 8:00am – 3:00pm 2 supernumerary days per week: 8:00am – 5:00pm 1 full weekend per month The Role As Deputy Care Home Manager, you will support the home manager in the daily operations and help ensure excellent standards of care.
