About the Role


As a Placements Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our busy Placements team. Reporting to the Placements Officer, you will ensure that all referral and placement processes are handled efficiently and with accuracy. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people.


Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate referral and placement records using internal databases and spreadsheets.
* Prepare standard documentation, placement packs, and correspondence for new placements.
* Liaise with internal teams including Registered Managers, Finance, and Marketing to gather and update necessary information.
* Track incoming placement enquiries and keep referral pipelines up to date.
* Support the scheduling of meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking.
* Generate routine reports on placement activities.
* Ensure all processes are compliant with GDPR, data protection, and internal policies.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider Business Development team.


What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within social care, education, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
* Confident communicator with good written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with databases or CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive team player who is eager to support and collaborate.
