Warehouse Operative – Machinery Division Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (DOE) Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill Hours: Ideally 7:00–16:00 (some flexibility available) We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Warehouse Operative to join their busy Machinery Division, which operates within shared office and warehouse facilities. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced warehouse professional with strong forklift capabilities and a proactive approach. Key Responsibilities Operate a range of forklifts, including VNA, counterbalance, and reach trucks Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle all goods inwards processes, including receiving, checking, and booking in stock Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Assist with stock control and inventory tasks as required Support general warehouse operations across a shared workspace Requirements Valid forklift licences, including VNA (essential) Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Confident handling goods in, picking, packing, and stock processes Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as within a team REF: EN1028 Note: Hollyfield Personnel will contact successful candidates.
