Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Pharmacy Technician Lead Instructor to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! Weekday morning, schedules are available. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 9am-1pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Instructing students in all aspects of the Pharmacy Technician Field.
* Reporting and recording student performance and progress.
* Preparing students in 182 hours of class time, to go on to a 120-hour externship in a retail or hospital Pharmacy.
* Assisting students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideas appropriate to the health care profession.
* Providing a professional role model for students.
Qualifications:
* Licensed Pharmacy Technician.
* 3 years of experience in the Pharmacy field.
* Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable.
* Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
* Efficient with computers and technology.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Must understand all Pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to class.
