* Manage and grow sales within the Scotland & Ireland region through account development and new business generation.
* Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment.
* Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries.
* Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering.
* Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
* Attend trade shows, customer site visits, and industry events.
Area Sales Manager Scotland and Ireland Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Proven experience in a technical B2B sales role, ideally in engineering, tooling, or manufacturing sectors.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
* Ability to work independently and travel across Scotland and Ireland.
* Comfortable interpreting technical specifications and customer requirements.
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Full UK driving licence essential.
